ADG has announced the start of preparations for the construction of South Africa’s first waste recycling plant.

Johannesburg, January 12 — AFRICA DEVELOPMENT GROUP (ADG) announced the start of preparations for the construction of South Africa’s first garbage recycling plant, which will use the latest Russian equipment for recycling garbage.

The first stage of the project will be the construction of a truck tire recycling plant in the Johannesburg area. The refining process will be based on pyrolysis technology, which makes it possible to obtain synthetic oil from automobile tire. This oil is similar in composition to natural oil and can be used as a substitute for many fuels and lubricants such as gasoline, diesel fuel and oil. The total volume of tires that will be processed at this plant will amount to 4,000 tons per month.

The project plans to build 28 similar plants throughout South Africa. The total investment in the project will amount to 580 million dollars.

According to ADG representatives, this project is part of the company’s strategy for environmental sustainability and infrastructure development in South Africa.

It is expected that the new waste recycling plant will help reduce the amount of waste that is sent to landfill and reduce the negative impact on the environment. In addition, the use of synthetic oil obtained as a result of waste recycling will reduce the country’s dependence on imports of fuels and lubricants.
