The key focus area in 2024 – 2025 is investments in land in the most promising regions of southern Africa, including their development and management. AIF’s land assets in South Africa currently amount to over 50,000 hectares, located in the Mpumalanga and KwaZulu-Natal provinces, as well as the Durban area. These land plots have a diverse and unique landscape, basic infrastructure, and diverse opportunities for utilization. By the end of 2024, AIF plans to expand its portfolio of land assets to 100,000 hectares.

Waste to Wealth Africa
The WWAIF is an innovative partnership dedicated to improve dramatic situation with Waste Management in Africa for the benefit of the population, national economies and the environment. The Fund aims at improving waste collection and processing in-Africa, utilizing zero emission technologies and smart waste collection solutions, providing additional employment and producing diversified products, improving energy and food security in Africa. We develop and implement Waste-to-Wealth projects in 9 countries of Africa.
Provide full-cycle services: from development, design and production, to installation, commissioning, warranty and post-warranty service of refrigeration systems, ventilation and industrial air conditioning equipment, including monitoring of industrial facilities.
